A look at the tomorrow of West Auckland

McWhirther Block is a large-scale development project encompassing more than 40 lots. Within this development are variety of businesses such as tourism, shopping, restaurant, grocery stores, and more. It builds upon the already established Westgate town centre, to provide comfortable, convenient, and affordable modern living.

Within this exciting development, we are crafting eight lots of varying designs and capacities,
catered for a range of occupants. Each residence is equipped with a double garage, spacious indoor living, fantastic outdoor flow, and gorgeous outdoor spaces. Modern, high quality, and low-maintenance materials have been incorporated into the designs so the new-house feel can still be enjoyed for many years to come. Soak in the lively atmosphere during the day, and enjoy the stunning cityscape with a glass of bubbly in the evening – the choice is yours.
From each residence to the parks and reserves, detailed thought has been applied to promote
comfort and a high quality of living, whilst still respecting the wide range of native fauna and
flora of New Zealand. Thousands of native plants and shrubs have already been planted in the
reserves nested among the living blocks, for the enjoyment of the community.

This once barren and vehicle-dominated thoroughfare will soon transform into a comfortable homely hub, perfect for families, extended families, retirees, and first home buyers. The entire block is thoughtfully designed with consideration to its north-facing sunny aspects, open spaces, and cohesive front-yard landscaping. Offering beautiful tree-lined streets, cycleways, proximity to shopping centres and public transport options, McWhirther Block will be the bustling west Auckland hub of 2018.

The McWhirther Block venture is an exciting new step for our company, expanding our
portfolio and offerings. We hope to build upon our experiences in this investment to provide
greater living spaces for New Zealand in the future
